Poll: Upcoming Fashion Week

As fashion bloggers, we feel it's pretty important to stay up-to-date on trends. Even if we weren't bringing you pics and one-sentence recaps, we'd still be poring through runway show after runway show looking for the dramatic and the thematic.

However, we have a logistics problem with this upcoming fashion week. First, my computer is kinda crappy. Flash-heavy sites live Vogue and Style take forever for me to search. Second and most important, becca and I will be traveling to Japan for our friend's wedding right in the middle of fashion week. Yes, there will be a week without posts. Please, keep us in your hearts forever.

Because of these two things, we're going to be scaling back our blog coverage. We're putting the choice of scale up to a vote. Since a long list of names is overwhelming, let's talk styles. You can vote for as many options as you like.

Don't worry. Choices with a low number of votes won't disappear. They'll still be on our Facebook page though maybe not within a week of the runway show. If you're worried we won't cover a certain designer, feel free to mention them in the comments.

October is the perfect month for anyone who loves a dramatic look. Because of Halloween, you can get away with more in the makeup department than you can the rest of the year. You want to try false eyelashes? Go for it. You want to color your eyebrows? Do it. Color outside the lines with eyeshadow? Why not? Live it up so much in October that people will think black lipstick in November is practically normal.
