What makes a shoe positively adorable -- not sexy or trendy or workable but absolutely squee-worthy? To stuff the practical office vibe, a t-strap or mary jane style keeps things playful. Block heels are more retro girl than bombshell. A color generally helps a shoe go from standard to stunning. (According to Miss L Fire's website, the "Daiquiri" will soon be available in pale lemon and purple.) Ribbons come on gifts, so there's a bonus point. Those are the building blocks, but you need something extra to push it into adorable. A carved wooden heel will do. The $175 price tag is a bit high, but no doubt this Mod Cloth exclusive will sell out before going on sale.
