What it made us think of: Wearing your husband's clothes.
What we liked: French cuffs, reworking men's shirts, striped leggings,
What we didn't: The shiny 80s bridal bits.Who: Hussein Chalayan
What it made us think of: A skilled seatress and mother of six who has to account for a rework each scrap to keep them dressed.
What we liked: Models in veils in a country that has outlawed them. Reworked blazers, refusing to conform to shape norms
What we didn't: It felt grad studenty, but perhaps that's because a similar idea wasn't as well executed back in London.Who: Maison Martin Margiela
What it made us think of: Wrapping dad's new shirts and pants for Father's Day.
What we liked: a complete disregard for the body

What we looked like in 2009 Ten years ago I created, Fashion Me Fabulous, wrote up a handful of posts, picked a layout and send it all to my friend, Jael. “I’ve started a fashion blog. You want to try false eyelashes? Go for it. You want to color your eyebrows? Do it. Color outside the lines with eyeshadow? Why not?
