This 6 inch heel is by Pleaser, and it's called "Scream." I'm not sure anymore needs to be said.

The good news about Pleaser is that they're, eh, well, not for walking around in. They're pretty much for effect only. They're not intended for an evening on the town.

And those are some of the more tame items they sell. I got bored one day and the concept of "fetish footwear" was somewhat fascinating. In a horrifying way.
