When I stumbled across this lacey, ruffled top at Anthropologie, I immediately started daydreaming of Victorian mourning garb turned on it's head. Ruffled minis. Sequin bras. Rolled Bermuda shorts with riding boots. There are so many places you can take this from it's prim roots. It's on sale for $39.95 down from $168. If you're a medium and interested, hurry up!
