The Vintage Vault

The Vintage Vault was started in 2001 by a mother and daughter who were trying to make some closet space. They carry clothing, jewelry, shoes, handbags, and accessories as well as some designer goods, concert tees, and men's clothes. The Vault's specialty is dresses. No complaints about that from this blogger. Clothing era stays in the 1960s and 70s with a few ventures to the late 1950s or early 80s. Their prices are about what you'd pay at Forever 21 but with better hemming for your buck.
1960s yellow floral dress $20
1960s three-piece boucle suit $90
1960s peach satin dress with coat $55

Even if you're not in a position to buy any vintage goods, I highly suggest reading their section on caring for vintage clothing.

If it were my size, that suit would be mine, budget be damned. A boucle, Chanel-inspired suit is on my "must haves" list.
