It's no secret that Gwen Stefani has an international fashion fix with the Tokyo cute punk look known as harajuku. Harajuku is also one of the best areas in Tokyo to shop. The Omotesando Hills mall was featured in the NYTimes travel section as the Japanese equivalent to the Champs-Elysees. It also buts up to the super-trendy Shibuya neighborhood which is the seat of several uber-progressive Japanese music scenes hence the diversity in the Harajuku-girl style.
