One of the things I most delight in about being a woman is that it's okay for every day to involve playing dress up. Makeup can be one of the quickest ways to do this. Tee shirt, jeans, electric blue mascara! Makeup can also provide the most dramatic punch to a look. Pencil skirt plus red lips and winged liner? Rowr.
