London Fashion Week Fall 2011: Erdem, Burberry Prorsum, Matthew Williamson

Who: Erdem
What it made us think of: Paint splattered tarps in an artist's studio
What we liked: Colors, coats, lace that looked like splattered black paint
What we didn't: A little repetitive, without the prints the clothes weren't special
Who: Burberry Prorsum
What it made us think of: Around the color wheel in 80 coats
What we liked: Coats, Military looks, volume, belts
What we didn't: Awkward boob-adjacent cut outs, fur coats with poodle hair cuts
Who: Matthew Williamson
What it made us think of: Geometry and mirrors
What we liked: Pants, belts, quilted details, prints, colors
What we didn't: Tacked on fur bits, cheap looking see-through tops

Only thin, short or craxy people on the beach look good in print pants. I am not one of them. Interesting runway stuff. Those prints were something else. Liked the hair accessories.
