$150 Challenge: Put on Your Party Pants

We've expressed our feelings about tuxedos for women, but Ms. Janelle Monae would like to put in her two cents as well. While I forgoed the saddle shoe for a classic pump, they are a danceable low heel, perfect for party hopping on New Year's Eve.

True, that's over $150. This week I had the option of making an inexpensive look that would only fit tiny people, or would fit sizes 0 through 14. I chose the latter.
