$150 Challenge: Winter Date

Hubby and I went out to dinner this weekend to celebrate one year in our perfectly adorable house. He wanted it to be a dress up occasion, but fancy dresses are so cold! (I wore a black cashmere sweater, jeans, boots, a sequin scarf and peacock fascinator). So what do you wear for a winter date? Avoid satin and most synthetics as they'll just absorb the cold. Wool and silk will keep you warm, but a jersey knit will be both warm and easy to wear. If you go the simple route, glam it up with your accessories. Be pretty and bright for only $139.02.
