Chances are good you have a few nog-sloshing holiday parties to attend this month. Since such parties are my only reason to get a fancy frock, I like to buy one dress per season and wear it to my church pageant, office shindig and New Year's Eve party with friends. Even though I plan to get a bit of wear out of the dress, I still don't want to pay a mint.
