Milan Fashion Week Spring Summer 2010

Who: Blumarine
What it made us think of: Tie-dye
What we liked: Lots of pretty bright basics
What we didn't: Some of the tie-dye was overdone
Who: Dsquared²
What it made us think of: Going to both camp and prom on the same runway
What we liked: Mix of girly dress, demin shorts, and studded shoes
What we didn't: The mix didn't always work. Many things just looked trashy.
Who: Iceberg
What it made us think of: Mickey and Minnie Mouse giving complete tours of Disney World in a collection of awesome costumes (I mean this in a very good way)
What we liked: Great jackets, pretty dresses, buttons, pops of color mixed with dark nuetrals
What we didn't: The Mickey Mouse themed clothes were a little literal, but I have a soft spot for Mickey.

I liked the styling in the Dsquared²
show, but not the hats-they remind me of trucker hats.
I loved, loved, loved the colors in the first picture! But I agree, trucker hats and high fashion DO NOT mix!

Since I live in an area of the country that wears trucker hats, I hate seeing them on the runway.

Love that last look with the wide belt!
