The Horror: Barbie Girl

I'm not a fan of this Bailman dress. The execution is nice -- good ruffles, nice bodice work -- but it reminds me too much of a dress my Barbie would have had in the early 90s. Of course, that dress would have had a detachable train.
Oh look, Bebe delivered! Too bad it's out of stock. I know you all wanted to run out and buy a two-for-one cocktail dress.

I don't like the Bebe version, but I will admit that I love the runway one. No idea where I'd wear it. Too informal for formalwear, too dressy for more casual dress-up occasions.
