becca is still looking for a job (anyone in Chicago have some tips?) and I'm transitioning from one position to another. While we've done a $150 Challenge on an interview outfit before, it's worth repeating. After all, getting (and keeping) a job is on everyone's minds these days.

hmmm... my recruiter makes me wear a dark suit. are you sure a sleeveless top would fly? adorable, but i am skeptical :)
i screen a lot of candidates and i have to say if someone walked in sleeveless i'd do a double take.

Generally, I suggest wearing a blazer while in the building. If you're going to do sleeveless, make sure you don't have any strange bra-revealing gaps around the arms. Also, dark suits make some people look ill. If a color makes you look awake and healthy, go for color by your face.
