$150 Challenge: Target Swirl Dress

While pondering which dress to buy at Target the other day, I ran into my cousin. She loved this blue and green swirl dress but had no idea what shoes I'd wear with it. Aside from any of the colors in the dress, another bold basic color would work. Just to show her, I pulled together this ensemble for $143.57

the ensemble is great for work and if you take off the jacket, its a great casual dress. i love kohls.com, and i wish they would give out more coupons!
