I'm in northern Indiana, and becca's in Chicago. It's perfectly normal for a Great Lakes spring to swing from 25 to 65 in 12 hours. We also alternate between raging storms and clear skies.

The dresses are beautiful, but I don't know if I would call them budget by any means... I don't know about most people, but I can't run out and buy myself a dress over 75 dollars, let alone 200!

Looking at them makes me wish the sun would stop hiding. I live in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and it has been SNOWING the past few days! =)

Budget buys weren't really my focus, but I can certainly do a post about spring dresses under $75 for you.
