New York Fashion Week Favorites So Far

For Spring/Summer, many designers populated the runway with autumn's brown, navy, black and burgundy. Chris Benz gets my award for most out-of-season use of color, not that I'm not in love with cobalt blue, yellow, red and green for January. He's also the second designer I've seen to dust off the cheetah print. Fun all around!
Barbara Tfank is a relatively new designer who is best known at this point for the pretty green coat she put on Adele at the Grammys. With a small but solid collection, she's making pretty her prerogative. Love the shoes!
Narciso Rodriguez indulged in two popular trends: body-con and lacquered fabric. While I don't think most of the collection will appeal to the wallets of the majority of women, as a whole, it has vision and direction.
The outfits were high-shine at Carolina Herrera. Is there such a thing as space-age class because that's my best description. Great shoes here too.

It might be just my obsession with bright colors talking, but I love the Chris Benz pieces you featured!
