Winter Pastels

I thought most concrete fashion rules were dead, yet as I've been blog hopping the past few weeks I notice commenters clinging tight to the maxim that pastels are for spring. This is odd now that people will actually wear white past labor day. Add some baby blue and you have an Ice Queen look, perfect for January's arctic blast. From there you just need to practice weaving in lilac, butter yellow, pale pink, mint and sherbet orange.

Lovely work, I certainly agree. My current favourite articles of clothing are my ivory leather ankle boots.
Thanks for the features!

Sweet. I just bought a vintage-esque lavender dress (for $4 of course ;).

This makes me want to try winter pastels. I love the last look.

I can wear pastels any ol' time of year, but I tend to live in dark jeans and some sort of sweater or dark jacket during the winter. Boring, yes, but also warm. I definitely need to look into some winter pastels :)
