My love for over the top necklaces has led me to explore less traditional jewelry like these neck ruffs from Misfit Chic on Etsy. These ruffs can add that high collar look to any outfit.

The demure aesthetic of the ruffs can tone down a deep v-neck or a strapless top. As Misfit Chic shows in the shop photos, the ruffs can be worn with the tie in any direction making the look more versatile.

The neck ruffs come in a variety of colors, styles, fabrics and with a variety of ties. I would love to wear these with my simple dresses to add some interest or with a basic tank top and jeans to dress up a casual look.
