1940s Secretary Outfit

I love the 1940s secretary look. Give me chunky pumps, a pencil skirt and a feminine button up any day of the week. Victoria's Secret has been selling this high-waisted, plaid pencil skirt on their site for months. My inner costume designer wants it. My hips want it. My inner naughty secretary wants it. My wallet is opposed. If I can't have it, I can at least put together an outfit around it.
