Is it spring yet? Seriously. This is the worst winter ever. I'm so looking forward to spring that I'm excited about rain. I just want the water falling from the sky to be not snow. Plus, April showers bring May flowers, and that all sounds so lovely. Which rain coat has you dreaming of spring showers?
