Welcome to the FMF weekly reader poll. We're hoping to get to know a little more about you, our beloved readers, and have a little fun with fashion questions. This week we want to know what kind of lipstick you are...
When I wear makeup, I want it to be dramatic. Bold lips are easier to slap on than dramatic eyes. I love my burgundy, brown and red lipsticks. I'm not opposed to a colored gloss, but it's not as fun.
I'm definately more of a natural lips and dramatic eyes person. I feel I can be more creative that way. Good work on being featured on the polyvore blog btw :)
That's one of my very favorite editorials, by the way, becca.

I chose 'other' because I use many different ones. Bold, bright red, pink, or coral. Glittery yet natural color shades. Nudes. Deep red. Gloss in clear, clear shimmer, peach and pink shimmer. BeneTint lip stain. Lip balms, and a combination of all of these. :3

I also picked "other", since I don't limit myself to one type. Of course, there's the problem of not always being able to afford makeup...

What we looked like in 2009 Ten years ago I created, Fashion Me Fabulous, wrote up a handful of posts, picked a layout and send it all to my friend, Jael. “I’ve started a fashion blog. From the end of 2007 to the end of 2014, Fashion Me Fabulous ran regular content about fun, affordable fashion. Jael and I covered fashion week , reviewed fashion books , wrote about fashion history and did more shopping than seems humanly possible to search out the best clothes and accessories . We explored our personal styles , scoured Etsy for unique creations . I watched every single episode of Project Runway and blogged about it. Jael created an amazing presence on Polyvore . We learned all sorts of things about coding and websites and content and graphic design and so on. (You can tell if you look at ...
Fancy occasions evoke images of hair in long, romantic waves or chic updos, but what if you have a crop? It may be trendy and easy to style, but it doesn't exactly fit our culture's idea of sophistication. But there's no need to fear that upcoming wedding or school dance. My shorn head is full of ideas. Whenever I have a formal occasion, I change the texture of my hair. In college, I spent well over an hour straightening my long curls and pulling them up into the perfect ponytail. Now that I wear my hair short and straight everyday, I create texture with a curling iron and flip my bangs out for a date. It's not a chignon, but diverging from your daily look does say that you put extra effort into doing something special. Pink set an example at the Grammy's with her diamond pin. If you don't have time to switch up your hair or just don't like it a different way, buy a stunning clip or headband . Over-the-top sparkle can be dreamy and romantic with minimal mak...
